End of School Year

An official end of the school year 2009/2010 started on June 30, 2010, with the church service in the Lutheran church. A sermon was given by the school spiritual Mgr.Jana Bosáková. In the church there was also held an evaluation of the recent school year and the presentation of the awards to the selected students, who got them for the good study results, extracurricular activities and representation of the school. On this occasion, the winners of the school competition in typing were awarded.
At the end a teacher of Applied Economics, Ing. Ladislav Čajko, gave the diplomas to all members of the last - and in the history of EGT student companies the most successful - student company EGaTe.
Then everyone moved to the cinema hall of the town cultural center, where the reprise of the musical Juraj Thurzo was performed by EGT pupils directed by Mgr. Lucia Cilíková. At school, the students finally took their school reports from the hands of their classroom teachers and went away to the vacation.

Ukončenie školského roku

Slávnostné ukončenie školského roku 2009/2010 začalo 30. júna 2010 bohoslužbami v evanjelickom kostole. Kázeň predniesla školská spirituálka Mgr. Jana Bosáková. V kostole sa uskutočnilo aj vyhodnotenie uplynulého školského roku a odovzdávanie ocenení vybraným žiakom, ktorí ich dostali za dobré študijné výsledky, mimoškolské aktivity a reprezentáciu školy.
Pri tejto príležitosti boli odmenené aj medailistky školskej súťaže v písaní na počítači. Na záver odovzdal učiteľ aplikovanej ekonómie Ing. Ladislav Čajko diplomy všetkým členom poslednej - a v histórii študentských spoločností EGT doteraz najúspešnejšej - študentskej spoločnosti EGaTe.
Potom sa všetci presunuli do kinosály mestského kultúrneho strediska, kde sa uskutočnila repríza muzikálu Juraj Thurzo v podaní žiakov EGT a pod réžiou Mgr. Lucie Cilíkovej. V škole si napokon žiaci prevzali vysvedčenia z rúk svojich triednych učiteľov a rozišli sa na prázdniny.
